COVINGTON, GA – DECEMBER 9, 2020 – Haven Communities announces The Cove @ Covington Town Center, kicking off construction on 350 Class A apartments across 24 acres that will deliver mid-2022 and will mark the first new market-rate apartment development the area has seen since 2000.
